Hanako Vs. Jason Evans

• Hanako and Evans made their way to the ring and Hirano was ringside for the bout. Hirano circled the ring as Evans was ready to compete. Hanako and Evans matched up with similar styles.
• Evans opened up with an arm drag and then clocked Hanako with a double axe handle to the head. Hanako rolled to her feet and quickly ducked a roundhouse kick. Evans was taken down with a poisonrana!
• Hanako ran the ropes and came back with a running shooting star press.
• Hanako got a pinfall for one before Evans kicked out and got to his feet.
• A series of moves from Evans had Hanako reeling. Evans hit Hanako with a swinging neckbreaker and she got to her feet quickly before he took her down with a blue thunder bomb.
• Hanako tried to battle back and looked for a back drop but Evans countered into a Code Red. Evans got a two count before Hanako kicked out.
• Hanako fought to her feet with strikes and chops and a spinning back kick to the gut. She ran the ropes and came back with a tilt-a-whirl DDT.
• Hanako went to the top rope and Hirano jumped on the apron to distract her. The referee tried to get him down but he kept trying to get at Hanako. Austin Scott rushed to the ring and pulled Hirano in. Hirano popped up and was clotheslined over the ropes and Scott went after him.
• Evans ran to the corner and went up to the top and looked for Fate's Dagger (Falcon Arrow). Hanako pushed him off the top rope and he went crashing to the mat. Hanako turned around and dropped down with her Geitō (Starship pain) and covered for a pinfall victory!

WINNER: Hanako via pinfall @ 13:04

After the match, Hirano was back in the ring and tried to attack Hanako as he escaped from Scott. Scott got in the ring and he and Hanako dispatched of him and Evans as the crowd cheered.

Extreme Division Match
Noavrra Vs. Kasey Kash

• Kasey Kash attacked Noavrra on her way down to the ring with a hard chairshot to the back. He rolled her into the ring and shouted at the crowd as they booed him. He climbed into the ring and was hit with a big chop to the chest.
• Noavrra took Kash down with a big boot and moved around the ring gingerly. Kash was up and charged and was hit with a scoop slam to the mat. Noavrra pulled Kash up and drove him right back down with a STO. She ran the ropes and looked for a senton but Kash got his knees into her back.
• With both Kash and Noavrra up, Kash jumped up and drove her to the mat with a flatliner.
• Noavrra pulled herself up and Kash came off the middle ropes with Canberra Collapse (Springboard Cutter)!
• Kash rolled out of the ring and grabbed another steel chair and tossed it in over the ropes.
• Noavrra tried to grab the chair and he stomped on it. She lifted him and speared him into the corner and drove her shoulders into his gut. Noavrra delivered her Stampede (Repeated running Meteora knee strikes to a cornered opponent) with three knees to the chest.
• Noavrra ran to the other side of the ring and came back and looked for a flipping cannonball but Kash moved out of the way and she went back first into the corner!
• Noavrra was pulled to the center of the ring and Kash opened up the chair. He ran the ropes, ran off the chair, and delivered the Aussie Knee Party (Shining Wizard) before pinning Noavrra for the win.

National Division Match
Kamila Rose Vs. Kayla Taylor

• Rose came out in her Ember persona and was ready for battle. Taylor was out next and quickly locked up with Rose. A big exploder suplex from Rose had Taylor shooken up as she came down hard.
• Taylor got up and was able to get Rose down with a butterfly suplex and tried to go right into an armbar but Rose slipped free. Taylor and Rose met with a few strikes before Taylor tried to deliver the Merry Go Round (Spin Fisherman Suplex) but Rose battled out.
• Rose caught Taylor with a hard elbow and then hit the ropes and came back with a headscissors takedown.
• Rose pulled Taylor up and delivered a belly to belly suplex.
• Taylor was grabbing her neck and Rose was able to lock in Black Rose (Banks Statement) and forced a submission.

WINNER: Kamila Rose via submission @ 8:44

Monstruos Entre Nosotras

Over a black screen, the sound of Tia Santos’ voice speaking in her native tongue, with subtitles provided, reaches viewers’ ears. A small white dot appears in the center of the screen that gradually, slowly begins to grow larger. It soon becomes apparent that it’s not growing in size, but rather the camera is moving in, getting closer to whatever it is.

Tia Santos: Ten.

The number “10” flashes on the screen as the camera continues zooming in on the white oval.

Tia Santos: Ten times, I have gone to war to defend what is mine. Ten times, I have reaped the souls of those who would attempt to take it away.

To a loud heartbeat cadence, under a black and white filter, the screen flashes through each of Tia’s previous Extreme Title defenses in the closing moments of their matches.

Tia Santos: Ten times, I have reminded them of their inferiority.

Again, the heartbeat cadence accompanies flashes of Tia Santos after each of her defenses, holding up the title on the turnbuckle or to the camera. In most of them, she has blood running down her face with a wild eyed expression.

Tia Santos: But now...a different challenger approaches.

A black and white filtered recap of a bloody faced Tia Santos is shown, standing on the ramp at Next Level: Relentless as the cryptic message for her played on the tron screen.

Tia Santos: Manic.

The echoing laughter of Manic herself is heard as quick clips, highlighting her brutality, are shown from past appearances.

Tia Santos: I do, very much, look forward to meeting you. And I have received your message.

Flashes are shown of Manic’s match against AJ Jenkynx at Breakout #10, followed by her calling out Tia Santos by name on the microphone.

Tia Santos: Now. You will receive mine.

More flashes. This time of Tia Santos standing in a dark, misty graveyard in her Day of the Dead garb and full calavera face paint.

Tia Santos: And Alicia Monroe.

Flashes of Alicia Monroe are shown now, mostly of her previous encounters against Tia, herself, where the reigning Extreme Champion was victorious. Then, a shot of Tia’s hand in front of an altar with a picture of Alicia Monroe, burning in her hand with the date 5/29 written on it in red.

Tia Santos: Will be the surface on which I write it.

The camera finally closes in on the object it’s been zooming on and it’s revealed to actually be the face of Tia Santos, in her calavera makeup, standing otherwise in pitch blackness. Her black painted eyes suddenly open, staring into the camera and her lips curl into a smirk. However, as they do, her mouth and eyes begin to burn away, leaving empty black sockets where they used to be while exposing the teeth of a skull behind her singing flesh. Tia’s terrifying warped face suddenly lunges at the screen with a demonic shriek and the screen returns to black….



National Division Match
David Slayton Vs. Danny Rose

• Slayton showed off his National Championship on his way to the ring while Rose watched on. We got a quick shot of the backstage area showing James Edwards watching on in one area, Kamila Rose watching in another.
• Slayton looked for a double underhook backbreaker but Rose countered with a headscissors takedown.
• Rose looked for a crossbody as he charged Slayton and Slayton caught him. Slayton flipped Rose onto his shoulders and delivered a Death Valley Driver!
• Slayton hit a series of suplexes around the ring that had Rose staggered and dizzy as he stood. Slayton tried to pull Rose down for the Firehawk Lock (Crossface) but Rose rolled forward and got away to his feet.
• Slayton and Rose were both up and Rose delivered I Like My Wrestling Moves Like I Like My Coffee, Dark And Nutty (spin kick to the stomach, Code Red sunset flip bomb, roll opponent out to kneeling and roll back, running knee strike, bridging northern lights suplex combo)! Rose stayed bridged for a pin but only got two.
• Slayton got to his feet and had to hit Rose with an elbow to the face as he charged. Slayton spiked Rose to the mat with a DDT and rolled into a two count.
• Slayton readied himself in the corner and called for the Full Effect (Sweet Chin Music). Rose pulled himself up using the ropes and turned. Slayton looked for the kick but Rose was able to roll forward and dodge it. He jumped to the top rope and turned and looked for My Ultimate Weapon Has 8 Materia Slots And They're All Black (Meteora)! Slayton was able to get out of the way and Rose landed on his feet and rolled forward.
• Rose jumped up and looked for a headscissors takedown but Slayton countered into a powerbomb! Slayton lifted Rose up and spun him into position for End of Everything (One Winged Angel) but Rose rolled forward with a victory roll and sat back as far as he could and picked up a shocking three count!

WINNER: Danny Rose via pinfall @ 14:41

Rose popped up and hurried out of the ring and jumped up and down in celebration. Slayton looked around, shocked, as Rose celebrated and went up the ramp.

Tia Santos Vs. Alicia Monroe

• Alicia Monroe came to the ring with Annabelle Daboia to a mixed reaction from the crowd. There was a pop when Tia Santos hit the stage and threw up the Extreme Championship. Santos made it to the ring and climbed inside as she and Monroe circled each other.
• Santos looked for a roundhouse kick and Monroe ducked it and grabbed Santos from behind. She looked for a German suplex but Santos flipped backwards and landed on her feet. Monroe was up and Santos flipped her to the mat with a double leg takedown and flipped over into a pin but Monroe kicked out at one.
• Monroe clocked Santos with a forearm smash to the head and then hit a dropkick to the knees. Monroe popped up and looked for an elbow drop and connected to the chest of Santos. Monroe then looked for a middle rope springboard moonsault but Santos moved out of the way and Monroe landed on her feet.
• Monroe looked for a clothesline but Santos ducked it and delivered the Danze de los Muertos ([Dance of the Dead] Usually performed when an opponent goes for a kick to her head. Tia bends back, using her flexibility, evading the kick. She bends back up and goes for a spinning back kick which the opponent usually ducks. As they come up, however, Tia’s kicking leg comes down and she nails them in the face with a Chick Kick, finishing with a dancing spin with her arms out.).
• Santos was fired up and felt the crowd as she moved around the ring. Daboia jumped onto the apron and distracted Santos for a moment and this let Monroe get back to her feet. Monroe grabbed Santos and delivered Freebird (Running Bulldog) but not before the referee tossed Daboia from ringside.
• Monroe argued with the referee before going to the top rope. She looked for the Phoenix Dive (Swanton Bomb) and Santos rolled out of the way. Monroe climbed up slowly before being DDTed in the middle of the ring.
• Santos went to the middle rope and connected with a phoenix splash! She covered Monroe and got two before she kicked out.
• Santos pulled Monroe in for the Beso de Muerte ([Kiss of Death] Dream DDT) but Monroe was able to fight away. Monroe brought Santos down with a drop toe hold and then went right into the Tangled Web (Reverse Indian Deathlock).
• Santos reached for the ropes but was too far away. Monroe screamed at her to tap out but Santos wouldn’t. Santos clawed her way to the ropes and reached up and was able to break the hold.
• Monroe started to pull Santos up and Santos popped her with a headbutt. Santos pulled Monroe in and connected with the Beso de Muerte! Santos wasn’t satisfied and went to the top rope and came crashing down with a coffin drop! Santos hooked both legs and picked up the pinfall.

WINNER: Tia Santos via pinfall @ 17:28

Santos pulled herself up and was handed the Extreme Championship before the lights went out. The laughter of Manic filled the Warehouse as she appeared in the ring once the lights came up. Manic stood behind Santos and leaned in with a smile on her face. Santos turned around and swung with a right hand, dropping Manic to the mat. Manic was right back to her feet and speared Santos to the mat! Santos stood and landed a big kick to the gut and pulled her in for the Beso de Muerte but the lights went out and when they came back up, Manic was gone. The show ended with Santos looking around, hearing the laughter of Manic.
