Superstar History: Lacy made her debut in Empire Wrestling on December 26, 2018 at the Next Level: Turmoil event.
She [Chelsea Pryce] looked for the KO Shot but [FM] Young ducked it and the referee took the kick to the face. Young lifted Pryce up and hit her with the Human Error Processor (Assault Driver). She covered but the referee was out. Young checked on him and tried to get him to come to. Young turned in time to see some woman running down the the ring wearing a referee shirt. Young covered and the referee counted. 1-2-and the referee stopped counting. She stood up and tore off her referee shirt to reveal a shirt with the initials “L2N”. Young stood, confused, as the woman grabbed her hand and hit her with a falling boot to the face (Eat Defeat). She rolled out of the ring and grabbed a chair. She got back into the ring and stood beside Young.
Scott Parker: Who is that!? Why is she attacking the champion!?
The woman stomped on Pryce as she waited for Young to stand.
Gemma Foster: And Pryce!
Young got to her feet and just as the mystery woman swung, Young was pushed out of the way by AJ Adams and he took a hard shot to the back. L2N hit Adams again as she swung at Pryce and he protected her. Adams tackled her to the mat and rolled her out of the ring.

Lacy went by just the moniker L2N for months as she continued to attack Chelsea Pryce and FM Young. It wasn't until May that we learned exactly what the L2N stood for: Lacy Nicole Nelson. L, 2 N’s, or Los Angeles to New York.
Lacy seems to be a bit... eccentric. At times she'll praise other members on the roster, especially FM Young and Chelsea Pryce, and the next moment she's attacking them from behind. In April we also learned that Lacy doesn't seem to be alone. She's had a masked someone help her attacked Young, but that someone is still unknown as of September, and unseen in some time. She states that she's come to Empire Wrestling to "shake things up and write some headlines".
In 2019 Lacy was able to become the first ever Victorem Ladder match winner. She'd tease using the contact for months while Daniel Daemon was champion and would finally do so at Next Level: Revolution in April of 2020. She used her contract for the title match to make the biggest headline of her career; defeat Daniel Daemon for the World Championship. The win itself wasn't without some controversy as she did so after Daemon had already competed that night and was also attacked after his match by the Grrrls. Nelson would go on to defend the title multiple times up until August of 2020 where a returning FM Young would defeat her for the championship.
Nelson would then spend months battling her past as a woman by the name of Manic would arrive in EW looking to put Lacy through hell, both professionally and personally. Manic would eventually kidnap Lacy and brainwash her, causing her to forget those in her life, which now included a relationship with FM Young off-screen. Lacy would fight her demons and break the "spell" Manic had over her. After dispatching Manic, Lacy would kick 2021 off with a bang by beating 8 other competitors to win a title shot against FM Young at Next Level: Turmoil. That night ended with Lacy Nelson knocking off FM to capture her second World Championship. Lacy would hold onto that title by being a fighting champion once again all the way up until May's Relentless event where she'd lose the title to Casey Grey.
