Superstar History:
Casey grew up in a suburb of Atlanta with five brothers. Being the only girl, two things were a definite in her life. She was doted on by her parents and protected by her brothers. Those brothers, though, were very rough and tumble types and Casey didn't exactly grow up unscathed. They were fighters, which made Casey a fighter too, out of necessity. As such she grew up as sort of a tomboy, always fishing, hunting, and working on cars. Out of all of her hobbies, cars was the one she loved the most. She worked with her dad to restore a black 1967 Pontiac GTO, which she currently owns. It only makes sense. When most young girls her age were working in fast food restaurants to buy clothes, make up, and other "girly" things, she was buying carburetors, suspension components, and powder coating an undercarriage.
Another thing, while she is loyal to those that gain her trust and she trusts in return, she has a decided lack of BS tolerance. Anyone talking that smack in the ring or anywhere else WILL, at the very, very least, get their breath freshened for their trouble.
2020 was an up and down year for Casey Grey. She started the year out battling along side Alicia Monroe against Midnight Special for the Tag Team Titles and came up short. From that night something inside Casey started to turn. She started a heated program with Alicia Monroe as we eventually learned was actually her SISTER, not a cousin. The two exchanged wins for months which led to a best of 5 series that came to an end at Warfare 2020 when Alicia picked up the final win. From there the duo eventually made up and became a foursome with long time rival Karli Frost and a cousin Annabelle Daboia. Hell's Belles would help Casey pick up a big win in September against AJ Adams at Next Level: Ascension. She came up short at Next Level: Turmoil at the start of 2021 to earn a shot at the World Championship and a conspiracy was created.
Casey spent the first few months campaigning about management holding her back. She was eventually given a #1 contender match against Manic that went to a draw. The two were both given a title shot against Lacy Nelson at Next Level: Revolution in March 2021 where Lacy would come out victorious by pinning Manic. Casey wouldn't back down however and was given a title shot at Hype #70. Casey would jump off the stage with Lacy on her shoulders with the Racklash that would end the match in a double count out. A rematch was set for Relentless in May and, for the first time in her career, Casey Grey became World Champion.
