Championship History:
Vayden began his championship history by winning the [redacted] cruiserweight championship. His first run lasted mere days before losing it. He soon regained the title and held it for a record setting four months before finally vacating it to move onto a higher weight class, where he would eventually obtain the company’s hardcore championship. It was while he was the hardcore champion that he teamed up with the wife of his fallen best friend to get revenge on the men who helped kill him while also taking their tag team championships in Alpha Pro Wrestling.

Personal History:
Derrick Vayden began his venture into wrestling as a result of the bullying he faced as a child. Searching for a way to simply defend himself soon turning into a feeling of power. It became more about hurting his tormentors than simple defense.
Years later, when Derrick began wrestling in front of crowds, the fans grew to love him, given his relatable history and exciting moveset. And, in turn, Vayden warmed up to them too, eventually embracing the crowd and using them to push him to even greater success.
At the height of his popularity, Vayden began a heated rivalry with Geri Miller, the woman who would eventually become his wife. The couple would go from fighting against each other to fighting alongside each other and this would continue until the pair would adopt their daughter. The Vaydens would eventually take time away from wrestling to raise Makayla.
But after a year or two as a family man, the wrestling bug soon came back to Derrick, so now he is coming back to the business to reclaim the feeling.
